Pacman banned for the season

Yes that's right, Pacman has been banned from the NFL.

No, not the game Pacman, but Tennessee Titian's Corner back Adam "Pacman" Jones. The NFL's new commissioner announced today that Jones will have to sit out this entire season as punishment for his actions last season. I have no objection to this decision, for all that he has done and been through, it is well deserved.

Texas Player of the Year Kevin Durant announced today that he will enter the NBA draft. Not a surprise to anyone I would think, the projected 1st or 2nd pick overall in the upcoming draft has many NBA teams excited.

After a stellar Freshman season, Durant couldn't pass up the opportunities he has awaiting him and his bright NBA future that lies just ahead of him. He has the Height and definitely has the skills, once he gains some muscle to his frame, he was be an instant star.

Along with Durant, the other projected 1 or 2 pick in the draft, Ohio States Greg Oden has yet to declare as many expect him to. Durant and Oden headline a very deep draft this summer that could change the face of the NBA for years and years to come.

Also declaring for the draft today was Kansas sophomore forward Julian Wright. Many felt he would stay and fellow teammate Brandon Rush could leave, but Wright jumped ahead of Rush and entered himself into the draft.
